IOHelp Overview
An online help system adds real time communication capability (like chat) to your company's web pages. By providing real time personal assistance, it helps to increase the visitor-to-customer conversion rate, maximize sales and provide better after-sale support.
A: For visitor, 512MHz CPU, 256MB memory, 40Kbps network;
For operator, 2GHz CPU, 1GB memory, 256Kbps network; If video is often used, we recommend dual-core 2GHz CPU (Intel Core 2 Duo or better, or AMD CPU with similar performance), 2GB memory, 512Kbps network;
Video and audio processing requires CPU power. If operator video-chats with several visitors simultaneously, the higher the CPU power, the better.
A: Wangke is simplified version of IOHelp. Wangke doesn't support audio, video, desktop sharing or whiteboard sharing. In document sharing, Wangke only supports picture files; it doesn't support PPT, PDF or DOC. While Wangke targets customers who only needs text-chat for their web site, IOHelp targets customers who needs multimedia online customer support.
Main Features
A: The uploaded file is converted into HTML format. For security, the file is removed immediately after it is uploaded. The converted HTML files are stored in server memory only.
A: For Document Share, it is 20MB for a single file. For File Transfer, it is 20MB for all files (up to 5 files at a time).
A: Only operator can change to a page. Operator can click the arrow buttons at the top of each document tab or use the drop-down list to jump to a specific page.
A: All participants have access to the zoom controls. Click the button at the top of each document tab.
Auto fit. If ON, document will fit to the window automatically.
Zoom In document.
Zoom Out document.
Fit Width. Document will fit the current window width.
Fit Height. Document will fit the current window height.
Fit Window. Document will fit the current window.
Original Size. Document will display with its original size.
A: Only operator can turn on the laser pointer.
Toggle button. If ON, all participant will see a blinking dot following operator’s mouse.
A: When viewing a document, the operator can always annotate. And operator can allow others to annotate.
Marker tool, for drawing lines.
Text tool, for typing text.
color tool, for changing color.
Erase tool, for erasing annotations on the page.
Annotation Lock, click to unlock annotation so that all participants can annotate. Only operator has this control.
A: Visitor sees the operator is busy. Visitor can leave a message. Operator sees the visitor on the participant list, but cannot open dialog.
A: Add parameter 'wmode' to the existing Flash object with value 'opaque' or 'transparent'. For example, <object classid="..." ... <param name="wmode" value="opaque"/> <embed ... wmode="opaque"></embed></object>.
Managing Accounts
A: After login, an operator can view information of visitors, including chat history. An operator can also change greetings, upload self image, etc.
A: After login, an admin can add or delete operators, check information of visitors of each operator, including chat history and feedback. Admin can also upload company logo.
A: IOHelp reseller has superadmin account. After login, a superadmin can add or delete own resellers, add or delete customers, update product name, logo, web site URL, SMTP parameters.
A: Yes. After expiration, all accounts are automatically downgraded to free account. You can continue to use it as free account or upgrade whenever you want to. If there is no visitors to a free account for two months, the free account will be removed automatically.
Audio & Video
A: Flash is an international software. It has certain requirements for the video camera's driver. Some video cameras in the market are targeted to certain software. Their drivers do not completely meet standard. We suggest to use video cameras with international brand.
A: In Safari browser, visit this Adobe web site. Find IOHelp website (sms.iohelp.us, sms.iohelp.jp or sms.iohelp.cn) and select 'Always allow'. Then restart IOHelp.

A: After we receive your payment, your account information will be updated within one business day.
