IOHelp released version 1.38 today. As usual, users don't need to do anything to get the upgrade.

New Features:

• Visitor can drag dialog to anywhere within the browser window;
• Operator can view visitors of the other operators in the same company;
• Operator can view information of offline visitors;
• Operator can set own status to Appear-Offline.
