IOHelp released version 1.39 today. As usual, users don't need to do anything to get the upgrade.

New Features:

• Better support for offline messages: If all operators of a company are offline, visitors see offline-message dialog after clicking on the icon. The system will send visitor's contact information, location and message to company's email address. In addition, company admin can view the complete history of offline messages after login.
